SPENCER ROSE
Spencer Rose is the Founder of Bayview Bridge Capital and leads the firm’s investment strategy and operations. He brings experience across acquisitions and asset management, shaped by roles at leading real estate investment firms. Spencer is focused on identifying quality opportunities and creating long-term value for partners. He holds a Master’s in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and an HBA from the Ivey Business School.
